Scope

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains our position regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds. Because our platform is a marketplace for professional services, the policy clarifies that:

  • We do not collect or hold any payments for services rendered by professionals to recipients.

  • We do not guarantee or control the quality, timeliness, or completion of services.

  • We do not provide refunds or compensation for payments made directly between professionals and recipients.

Transactions Between Professionals and Recipients

  • All transactions for services, including advance payments, fees, and other charges, are made directly between the professional service provider and the service recipient.
  • White Collar Professional is not responsible for any payment disputes, cancellations, non-performance, loss, damage, or refund issues between professionals and recipients.
  • Any requests for cancellation or refund must be resolved directly between the professional and the recipient.

Referral Amounts

  • Currently, White Collar Professional only disburses referral amounts to users after the successful signup of a new professional service provider.

  • No referral amount is payable if the signup is incomplete or unsuccessful.

  • Referral disbursement timelines and conditions are at the sole discretion of White Collar Professional.

No Guarantee

White Collar Professional does not take any guarantee regarding:

  • The payment or completion of services;

  • Any advance received by professionals or recipients;

  • Any loss or damage arising out of such transactions.

Changes to This Policy

White Collar Professional may modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes to this policy.
